"I just wanted to write to thank you for the most divine dining experience on Saturday night. The ambience, the staff and the food were just perfect and the restaurant is a credit to all of your hard work. The pheasant was the most deliciously perfect dish I have eaten in such a long time and the flavour is still in my mouth of the fricassee and lentils that were served with the meat.

"Hi Libertine team, thanks for looking after my family and friends last Saturday night for my 30th birthday. The service was homely but professional, and very flexible. The food was sensational; quality produce, treated with care, and impressive presentation. The eye fillet was a standout! The best steak I think I have ever had! A friend from Sydney attended who just a week before had a $58 steak from Rockpool, and he said it wasn't a patch on yours! And to the wine list... Interesting and memorable wines; the Pfalz Riesling was superb. And to the value - I can't say how impressed I am at the value we got for our group. The price for the set menu was great value, and the prices for the wines a bargain. Thanks so much for your hospitality, the entire group was very impressed, and we will certainly be back for another (smaller) special dinner!"
