Coming up on Tuesday 14th September is Pinot Battle II, the second of our dinners celebrating Melbourne's favourite grape!  For this dinner, it's Geelong vs Gisborne and who better to represent their regions than titans of the industry both, Ray Nadeson from Lethbridge and Michael Dhillon from Bindi!  Both winemakers have been finalists for Gourmet Traveller Winemaker of the year in 2009 and 2005 respectively and we can't think of a better line-up to go head to head!  Both will be showing off the best of their range, including some back vintages no longer available.  Our head chef Andre DeLaine has painstakingly matched four courses to the line-up of outstanding wine - an event not to be missed.  10 wines, four courses, $145 pp all inclusive, please see menu under Menus, then Events and call us to book your spot 9329 5228.

Don't forget it's still BYO night every Thursday AND every lunchtime at Libertine.  $10 corkage per bottle.   If you're a wine focus group - we can tailor a menu to match, pay only $10 per head, open AS MANY wines as you like and we'll decant and serve them in our exquisite glassware. 

The last Saturday of the month is 'long lunch'.  The next one to be held Saturday 25th September.  Come sit upstairs with us in front of the fireplaces and enjoy four courses of seasonal fare and a glass of wine for $60. Cassoulet night is BACK!  Every Wednesday night come in for traditional Toulouse-style cassoulet for only $25.  Put a table together, open a bottle of wine and coming carousing with us!

Don't forget about Libertine for lunch.  We're so close to the CBD and offering a weekly changing luncheon menu for a price almost too good to be true! for tables of 10 or more served á la Normande with roasted baby vegetables, presented whole and then carved by Nick for $75 per person including a choice of three entrees and three desserts.   Please book your tables at least one week in advance for a truly sumptuous and decadent Libertine banquet.
